Mr. Iftekhar Zaman has been appointed as the Executive Director of Uttara Bank Securities as of November 03, 2024. He has obtained his B.Sc (Hon's) and M.Sc from Dhaka University. Mr. Zaman has a broad skill set in corporate Law, governance, strategy, and corporate secretarial work. He has experience serving in strategic positions with considerable influence at the core of the business and on governance issues as an internal executive. His knowledge, training at home and abroad, and experience in volume, value, complexity, and compliance make him a qualified person to oversee the development and governance of Uttara Bank Securities Limited.

Mr.Muhammad Golam Farukh has been assigned as the CEO of Uttara Bank Securities Limited, a subsidiary of Uttara Bank PLC, as of 14.08.2022. He has obtained his B.S.C (Hon’s) and M.Sc from Dhaka University & M.B.A from the University of South Asia, Dhaka. He is the General Manager of Uttara Bank PLC, with about 18 years of experience as Branch Manager of 06 (six) important Branches of Uttara Bank PLC. He has participated in various training courses, seminars, and workshops on banking activities and the Capital Market. He joined on 15.11.2001 as a probationary officer (Senior Officer) of Uttara Bank PLC and has been performing his duty with utmost sincerity and honesty.
